On the 23 July 2009 GTE+ published its initial proposals for the 2010 AWP

The objective of the consultation is to continue our dialogue with stakeholders to ensure that the 2010 Annual Work Programme is realistic but affords the maximum opportunity to make early progress towards the single European gas market.
We welcome feedback to better inform whether we should seek to create ENTSOG ahead of the timescales envisaged in the Third Energy Package.
We also seek views for subject areas that might be used to pilot the envisaged post-Third Energy Package processes associated with the development of Framework Guidelines and Network Codes.
We also seek views that the full range of projects in the initial proposals address the requirements of stakeholders and afford significant progress towards the single European gas market.
Feedback is sought by 31 August 2009 to enable us to evolve the plans, wherever practical and possible, to meet the requirements of stakeholders
